A landing page is a standalone, individually designed page for a job or campaign. It connects directly to a PastaHR application flow, so candidates can get started without going through a standard job posting.

Creating a Landing Page

You need the Admin or Content Manager role for this.
1

Navigate to Landing Pages

Click Landing Pages in the left sidebar.
2

Create and name the page

Click Create and give it an internal name (e.g. “Warehouse Operative Hamburg Q3”).
3

Select application flows

Choose one or more flows to display on the page.
4

Save

The page is automatically created in your corporate branding.

Customising the Page

Click an added job to customise it:
  • Description & external link: without a description, the external link field stays disabled.
  • Cover image: an individual header image per page.
  • YouTube video: embeddable via a link, YouTube Shorts are not supported.
  • Benefits: up to 10 role benefits at the bottom of the page.
  • Display name & location: manually editable.
If PastaHR is connected to your ATS, you enter the ATS job ID instead: name, location, and the full job description are pulled in automatically from the ATS.

ATS Linking

With a connected ATS, the landing page automatically shows the full job details from the ATS and hides jobs that are no longer marked “open” there. In the admin area, you can see the current status per job:

Setting Up Tracking

Open Links in the left sidebar, switch to the Landing Pages tab, select your page, and set the tracking parameters. See the UTM Tracking guide for details on each parameter.

Managing Landing Pages

To edit: click the page in the overview or use the three-dot menu. Changes go live immediately, with no new URL. The same menu also lets you duplicate a page, handy for the same role across multiple locations.
