Understanding Conversion Rates
Conversion rates are one of the most actionable metrics in your dashboard. They show you exactly where candidates drop off in your process and help you identify stages that may need improvement. A healthy pipeline typically shows a gradual, predictable funnel: a large number of applicants at the top, narrowing progressively to a smaller number of offers at the bottom. If you notice a sharp drop at a particular stage, it could mean:- The screening criteria at that stage are too strict (or not strict enough)
- Candidates are losing interest due to slow response times
- A particular interview format is creating a poor candidate experience
Application Sources
What counts as an application source?
