If you want to make the PastaHR WhatsApp application accessible at physical events (trade fairs, career fairs etc.) or locations (office, stores, exhibition, vehicles, flyers, posters), then it is best to use a QR code.

Open the link behind the QR code
Send the prescribed message in WhatsApp

How do I create a QR code?

The following functionalities are available to archive chats. This allows you to remove old chats that are no longer important from the normal display.

Archive chat

You can archive a chat by right-clicking on the chat and then clicking on Archive chat.

Show archive

The archive can be displayed as follows: Press on Filter and then on the toggle Show archive. If the toggle is filled in black, the archive is displayed.

If a chat is in the archive, it can be removed by right-clicking on the chat and then pressing Unarchive.

What is the widget for the career page?

The PastaHR widget allows you to easily add the WhatsApp application including the various open positions to your career page or website. The widget will appear at the bottom right of the page, visitors can click on it and links to the available WhatsApp applications will appear. To fit perfectly into the existing website design, the brand colors of your company can be defined and the logo can be added.

How can the widget be added to the careers page?

Request the script for the website at PastaHR.

Contact us directly via the support chat or by email, and we will create a new script for you.

What does ATS integration mean?

ATS stands for 'Applicant Tracking System' or applicant management system. PastaHR can be connected to your ATS so that applications and other information are saved directly in the ATS.

What data ends up in the ATS?

All applicant data is loaded into the ATS. In addition, we can also send a CV to the ATS. There is also other data that can be transferred to the ATS if required.

How does the ATS integration work?

The integration between PastaHR and your ATS is usually very simple and takes just a few minutes. It may be that for more complex systems (e.g. even if you have made many adjustments/configurations to an ATS) the integration is a little more effort. Please contact us for further details.

Archive applications 📚

How can I archive applications?

To tidy up the application overview, applications can be archived and thus hidden. You can simply hide applications that are no longer relevant. You can do this by right-clicking on an application and then selecting "Archive" (see screenshot).

If you want to unarchive an application, you must first use the filter to display the archive again and then right-click on the application to unarchive it (see screenshot).

By default, archived applications are no longer displayed in the overview. To display the archive again, the "Show archive" filter must be active. The filter can be found at the top right of the screen.
