# Sharing Applications Securely with External Reviewers

> Share candidate applications with hiring managers or other stakeholders who don't have a PastaHR account using secure, revocable share links.

Recruiting is rarely a one-person job. Hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders often need to review candidate profiles before a decision is made. PastaHR makes it easy to involve anyone in the process, even if they don't have a PastaHR account.

## Creating a Share Link

    Navigate to the application you want to share in the PastaHR web app and open it.

  <Step title="Click the Share icon">
    Click the **Share icon** in the top right of the detail view. A panel with sharing options appears.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure sharing settings">
    Choose your sharing preferences: you can limit access by time or number of views, and revoke the link at any time.

  <Step title="Send the link">
    Copy the generated link and share it via email, Teams, or any other communication channel. The recipient can open it in any browser.

## What Recipients Can See

When someone opens a shared application link, they get a full overview of the candidate profile. This includes:

  Every piece of information the candidate provided during the application conversation, including all answers to screening questions.

  All documents the candidate submitted, e.g. CVs, certificates, or cover letters.

  Videos or voice messages submitted as part of the application, if any.

  Any comments added to the application by your team during the review process.

  Recipients can download the full application as a PDF for offline review or archiving.

<Warning>
  Share links grant access to personal candidate data. Treat them with the same care as any other confidential recruiting information. Only share links with people who have a legitimate need to review the application, and avoid posting links in public or widely accessible channels.
