# Landing Pages: Create Dedicated Job Campaign Pages

> Build branded landing pages in PastaHR to showcase roles, target specific audiences, and funnel candidates straight into your application flow.

A landing page is a standalone, individually designed page for a job or campaign. It connects directly to a PastaHR application flow, so candidates can get started without going through a standard job posting.

## Creating a Landing Page

You need the **Admin** or **Content Manager** role for this.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Navigate to Landing Pages">
    Click **Landing Pages** in the left sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create and name the page">
    Click **Create** and give it an internal name (e.g. "Warehouse Operative Hamburg Q3").
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select application flows">
    Choose one or more flows to display on the page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    The page is automatically created in your corporate branding.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Customising the Page

Click an added job to customise it:

* **Description & external link**: without a description, the external link field stays disabled.
* **Cover image**: an individual header image per page.
* **YouTube video**: embeddable via a link, YouTube Shorts are not supported.
* **Benefits**: up to 10 role benefits at the bottom of the page.
* **Display name & location**: manually editable.

<Note>
  If PastaHR is connected to your ATS, you enter the **ATS job ID** instead: name, location, and the full job description are pulled in automatically from the ATS.
</Note>

## ATS Linking

With a connected ATS, the landing page automatically shows the full job details from the ATS and hides jobs that are no longer marked "open" there.

In the admin area, you can see the current status per job:

| Status          | Meaning                                            |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| Linked & open | Job is active and shown |
| Linked & closed | Job was closed in the ATS and hidden automatically |
| ID not found | The entered ATS job ID no longer exists |
| Not linked | No ATS job ID set |

## Setting Up Tracking

Open **Links** in the left sidebar, switch to the **Landing Pages** tab, select your page, and set the tracking parameters. See the [UTM Tracking guide](/en/recruiters/utm-tracking) for details on each parameter.

## Managing Landing Pages

To edit: click the page in the overview or use the three-dot menu. Changes go live immediately, with no new URL. The same menu also lets you **duplicate** a page, handy for the same role across multiple locations.
