# Add Team Members to PastaHR

> PastaHR Admins can invite recruiters, content managers, and interviewers directly from the Settings panel.

<Note>
  Only users with the **Admin** role can invite new team members. If you want to add someone to the workspace but you're not an Admin yourself, ask your organisation's PastaHR Admin to send the invitation.

## Inviting a New Team Member

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Settings">
    Log in to PastaHR and navigate to **Settings** in the main navigation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go to Members">
    Inside Settings, select the **Members** section. This page lists all current members of your PastaHR workspace with their roles.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Invite">
    Click the **Invite** button in the top-right corner of the Members page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter email address(es)">
    Type the email address of the person you want to invite. You can enter multiple addresses at once to send bulk invitations. Each invitee receives their own individual invitation email.

  <Step title="Assign roles">
    Choose the role. If you're sending multiple invitations at once, they all get the same role. See [Roles](/en/recruiters/roles) for a full description of permissions.

## Managing Your Team

Once your team members have joined, the **Members** page in Settings is your central place for workspace management:

    Click the three-dot menu next to a team member to adjust their roles at any time. A person can hold multiple roles simultaneously.

    Unsure which role a colleague needs? Check the full role descriptions to make sure everyone has exactly the access they require, no more, no less.

  Grant the Admin role with care. Admins have full access to all settings, can invite and remove team members, and can change roles for anyone in the workspace.
