Use of PastaHR with the Prospective JobBooster 💻

This tutorial explains how the PastaHR link in JobBooster is added to the job advertisement using an applicant management system/application tracking system (ATS).

New job

Customary JobBooster publication process:

Start Jobbooster from Prospective
Create new job or edit submitted job
Select the WhatsApp application in the Job profile section (see photo below)

Continue the job publication process
Optional: Synchronize ATS with PastaHR

ℹ️ The ATS is automatically synchronized with PastaHR every 3 hours. Since this only happens every 3 hours, it is important that the ATS is synchronized with PastaHR as soon as a new job with WhatsApp application is posted. If this is not done, it may be that an application arrives late in the ATS.


Log in to www.app.pastahr.com
Go to the integrations page: www.app.pastahr.com/integrations
Press Sync

Existing job

ℹ️ Because the job has probably existed for more than 3 hours, it is not necessary to synchronise the ATS with PastaHR. To be on the safe side, you can still perform a synchronisation.

Start Jobbooster from Prospective
Open the desired, existing job
Select the WhatsApp application in the Job profile section (see photo below)

Save
Click on Edit in the Ad design tab in the online ad design
Press Load content

Achtung: Any text corrections in the advert design will be overwritten!
